01 About these Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and TamiraTech Private Limited ("TamiraTech", "we", "us", "our"). They apply together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and does not require any physical or digital signature.

02 Definitions

• "Platform" means the AesthatiQ website, mobile applications, and related services operated by TamiraTech.
• "Provider" means an independent clinic, practitioner or healthcare professional listed on or discoverable through the Platform.
• "Aadhya" means the AI-powered information and navigation assistant made available on the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, data and material made available on the Platform.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

04 Nature of the platform

AesthatiQ is a discovery and care-coordination platform. We help users discover aesthetic and cosmetic care options, compare information, and connect with independent, verified Providers. TamiraTech is not a hospital, clinic, or medical practitioner, and does not itself provide medical, surgical, or aesthetic treatments.

Any treatment, procedure, advice, or service is provided solely by the independent Provider you choose. The relationship for any treatment is strictly between you and the Provider.

05 Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

06 Aadhya AI & medical disclaimer

Aadhya is an AI-powered assistant that provides general information, helps you explore treatment categories, and guides you toward verified Providers. Aadhya does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

07 Bookings & consultations

The Platform may allow you to request, schedule, or reserve consultations with Providers. A booking request is a request to the Provider and may be subject to the Provider's confirmation, availability, and their own terms. We do not guarantee the availability, suitability, or outcome of any consultation or treatment.

08 Payments

Where the Platform enables payments (for example, consultation fees, booking fees, or platform charges), payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, including PayU. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment gateway's terms in addition to these Terms.

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated.
• We do not store your full card or banking details; these are handled securely by the payment gateway in compliance with applicable standards.
• You represent that any payment instrument used belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.

09 Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds (where applicable) are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Treatment-related refunds are subject to the individual Provider's policies. Please review that policy before completing any payment.

10 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its systems, or other users' data.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Content without our prior written permission.

11 Intellectual property

All Content on the Platform, including the AesthatiQ name, logo, "Aadhya", design, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to TamiraTech Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

12 Third-party providers & links

Providers listed on the Platform are independent third parties. While we apply verification checks, we do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any Provider's services, credentials, conduct, or outcomes. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

13 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TamiraTech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any treatment, advice, or service provided by a Provider; or (c) any reliance on information, including information from Aadhya. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

14 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TamiraTech Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16 Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

17 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
