Transparency for Aadhya AI and the skin analyser — limitations, beta status, and your choices.
1. Beta notice
Aadhya (our AI concierge) and the skin analyser are in beta. They may be incomplete, slow, or wrong. Do not rely on them for diagnosis, treatment decisions, or emergencies. Always confirm important information with a qualified doctor.
2. What Aadhya does
Aadhya helps you explore procedures, compare options, and navigate booking. It does not examine you, prescribe treatment, or replace a consultation. Outputs are informational only.
3. Skin analyser
The skin analyser uses automated image analysis to suggest general skin concerns and educational content. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for a dermatologist or aesthetic physician. Results can vary with lighting, camera quality, and skin tone.
4. Automated processing
We use automated processing to generate responses and analysis. No decision with legal or significant medical effect is made solely by automated means on AesthatiQ. Your treating doctor retains clinical authority.
5. Human review
You may request human review of AI-assisted outputs by contacting support or your clinic. You may opt out of optional AI features in Profile → Settings where available.
6. Data use
AI interactions may be logged to improve safety and quality. Conversation transcripts are retained for up to 30 days unless shared with your doctor or deleted earlier on request. See our Privacy Policy.
