Payment Policy
Full legal terms for online payments, escrow, fees, cancellations, and pharmacy orders.
1. Payment partner
Online payments are processed by PayU. AesthatiQ does not store full card numbers. You authorise charges shown on the checkout screen, including consultation fees, procedure fees, platform fees, applicable GST, and pharmacy delivery charges.
2. Escrow model
For eligible bookings, funds may be held in escrow until the service is delivered or cancellation rules apply. Settlement to clinics follows our partner agreements and weekly operational process.
3. Consultation fees
Consultation and procedure fees are non-refundable during our launch period. If you need to change your appointment, contact our team or use My Bookings to reschedule where available.
4. Surgical and high-ticket procedures
Surgical bookings may require a partial advance. Full terms are shown before payment. Consent for the procedure is collected separately before treatment day where required.
5. Pharmacy
Pharmacy orders are prepaid. Delivery fee is ₹49; orders ₹499 and above qualify for free delivery where stated at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, contact support — online refunds are not processed during launch.
6. Failed payments
If payment fails, your booking remains pending until you retry or cancel. You will not be charged twice for the same successful transaction.
7. Week-one operations
During our launch period, online refunds are not available. To reschedule or cancel, contact us at +91 97900 21218 or subscriptions@tamiratechplc.com with your booking reference, or use My Bookings where rescheduling is offered.
