Clinical Images & Photography
Consent and use of photos you upload for consultation or treatment tracking.
1. Separate consent
Uploading clinical or concern-area photographs requires explicit consent separate from general Terms. You choose whether to share images; booking a consultation does not require photographs.
2. Purpose
Images are used only to support your consultation, treatment planning, and medical record-keeping with your clinic. They are not used for marketing without additional written consent.
3. Access
Your clinic, treating doctors, and authorised AesthatiQ operations staff may access images strictly for care delivery and platform support.
4. Retention
Images are kept for the consent period or up to 3 years after the related appointment, then deleted unless law or your clinic's medical record obligations require longer retention.
5. Withdrawal
You may withdraw photography consent for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal does not automatically delete images already incorporated into a medical record held by your clinic.
