Children's Data Policy
How we handle personal data of users under 18.
1. Age requirement
AesthatiQ is intended for adults. Users under 18 must not register without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
2. Parental consent
Where a minor uses the platform for a consultation, we require guardian consent and age verification before processing health-related data.
3. Prohibited processing
We do not track, profile, or target behavioural advertising at minors.
4. Discovery of minor data
If we learn we collected a minor's data without proper consent, we will delete it promptly unless retention is required by law.
