1. Agreement

By accessing AesthatiQ (website, PWA, or related services), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Payment Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What AesthatiQ is

AesthatiQ is a technology marketplace connecting patients with verified aesthetic clinics, doctors, and pharmacy partners. We coordinate discovery, booking, payments, and follow-up workflows. We are not a hospital, clinic, or licensed medical provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent as described in our Children's Data Policy.

4. Bookings and quotations

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment where payment is required and the partner clinic accepts the appointment in its systems. Quotations displayed in AesthatiQ are estimates from partner clinics. Final treatment plans and pricing are determined by your treating doctor.

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling follow the Payment Policy and the clinic's stated rules for the service booked.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by PayU. Platform fees, taxes, and escrow rules are shown before you pay. You authorise us to share payment references with clinics and payment partners as needed to complete the transaction.

6. Pharmacy

Pharmacy products may require a valid prescription. We may reject or cancel orders that fail prescription validation or compliance checks. Delivery is fulfilled by clinic or courier partners; tracking is provided in your order history.

7. Reviews and content

You must not post fake reviews, defamatory content, or another person's clinical images without consent. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Provider obligations

Clinics, doctors, and pharmacy partners listed on AesthatiQ must maintain valid registrations and licences. Partners receive patient data only to deliver the service you booked and must protect it under applicable data-processing terms.

9. Intellectual property

AesthatiQ branding, software, and curated content belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights in content you upload, but grant us a licence to use it to operate the service (for example, sharing intake forms with your clinic).

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, AesthatiQ is not liable for medical outcomes, clinical judgments, or acts of independent providers. Our liability for platform services is limited to the fees you paid to AesthatiQ for the transaction giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
