Important limits on what AesthatiQ provides and when to seek emergency care.
1. Not medical advice
AesthatiQ provides educational information, discovery tools, and care coordination. Nothing on the platform is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions belong to registered medical practitioners you consult.
2. Provider credentials
We verify clinic and doctor listings to the best of our ability, but you remain responsible for confirming credentials, suitability, and informed consent before any procedure.
3. Emergency care
AesthatiQ is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency facility immediately.
4. Procedures carry risk
Aesthetic and surgical procedures have risks and variable outcomes. Discuss benefits, risks, alternatives, and recovery with your doctor before proceeding.
5. Regulatory standing
AesthatiQ is a technology platform, not a Clinical Establishment. Licensed partners remain responsible for clinical care, prescriptions, and pharmacy dispensing within their regulatory scope.
6. Consumer grievances (products)
For concerns about regulated medical products, you may also use official consumer grievance channels such as the CDSCO consumer portal where applicable.
